A workstation profile can be in one of four possible states, and these are shown on the workstation profiles list. Each status is shown as a color-coded label with the name of the status.
The following table shows the possible statuses, and explains what they mean.

| Green (solid) |  | Enabled | The workstation profile is active and can be used. If you want to make it unavailable, you can disable it. |
| Green (stripe) |  | Ready (hybrid) | The workstation profile is a local profile for a hybrid studio. It is active and can be used. If you want to make it unavailable, you can disable it. |
| Orange (stripe) |  | Incomplete | The workstation profile has some data missing, perhaps due to a change in the studio's plan. |
| Gray (solid) |  | Disabled | The workstation profile exists in SimpleCloud, but it has been disabled so that it cannot be used. If you want to use it, you will need to enable it first. |
