Studio owners and studio managers can change each team members' role and permissions in the studio. There are many scenarios where this is useful, for example, if a manager is on maternity leave and one of the regular users needs to take over the management duties.

The studio user roles affect what features are available, so it is important to make sure that your users have the appropriate role for their job. To find out more about the studio roles, see User roles in Simple Cloud.

These instructions are for changing a user's role in a studio. To find out about changing a user's role on a specific project rather than for the entire studio, see Project member role for users.
