If the Storage screen shows this message:
"Please check that your studio is bound to an active plan at the “Profile”in your studio management area, or increase the amount of storage in your existing plan."
It means that either:
- your studio is not associated ("bound") with your plan
- you do not have enough storage available in your plan.
Your studio should be "bound" to your plan automatically when you set the invoicing data in Settings >Invoicing Information.
If you are on a trial, you can create new invoicing data and then purchase a plan. We will then set up the plan storage for you and your studios will be bound to it.
If you have a plan already, but want to change it so that you have more storage available, please contact SimpleCloud customer support.
